Dakota Hotels | Switchable Smart Glass En Suite Partition

Dakota Hotels is a growing UK-based hotel brand with various locations. We at Priviglaze, had the opportunity to install smart glass at the Manchester location. Priviglaze smart glass was installed as partition wall within the deluxe ensuite rooms. As a result, this increased the feel of luxury that would impress the visiting guests.

The Process

Firstly, the process involved an initial project discussion and requirements needed for the floor plan. Subsequently, a site survey and measuring up soon followed. As per our standard practice, Health and Safety induction must be carried out from the start. The Priviglaze glass were handled with much care in its transport as well as during installation. It is our routine procedure to carry out product testing before any project sign-off.

Product

These privacy partitions are installed with 12mm Priviglaze switchable smart glass. They not only provided privacy between the bathroom and bedroom, but improved acoustic performance. Our privacy glass combined with high quality wooden frames gave an impressive finish to this hotel project.
