Shipping Policy
Priviglaze Laminated Smart Glass Panels are made in the UK. The lead time for the panels are approximately three to four weeks after your order is placed and processed. Glass partition products require four to five weeks in lead times after the site survey and sizes are confirmed.
Shipping is included within London and M25. Locations outside of London incurs £2 per mile, for orders up to 10 panels with a minimum charge of £150.
Damages
Priviglaze is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit/ shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellation Rights of the Contract and Returns
If you have ordered through our website, your right to cancel this contract starts from the date your order has been accepted, when we email you to accept your order or when we deliver the items to you. During this period, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund provided and conditional the items are returned to us in accordance to the requirements in this cancellation clause below. This clause does not affect your right to return faulty or misdescribed items. You may cancel your order for items at no cost, at any time before the items are dispatched.
To exercise this right of cancellation, the items must be returned to the relevant premise arranged by us and you must provide us with details of the items ordered, your contact details and the reason for the cancellation. The items should be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged and with a copy of the invoice included. You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or in their transit. If the items are damaged or have been modified or are damaged in transit in a way that you could have foreseen (such as not being returned in the same or similar packaging as dispatched to you) we withhold the right to refuse any return or partial returns, that do not meet our good and sellable condition as described in this clause. We therefore may charge you a sum not exceeding our reasonable direct costs of recovering the items and/ or replacing any items that are damaged. Additionally, a restoration fee may apply.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract and returned the items in accordance to the above, we will refund you as soon as reasonable and no later than 14 days after receiving them. We will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment as you have used for this initial transaction with us, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Glass panel returns are available if our team has sent the wrong size or if the product is found to be faulty. Customers have a maximum of two days to report any faulty products/panels. You must contact Priviglaze to get a RMA number before returning any items. Please ensure faulty products are not damaged.
Any faulty glass panels that are damaged on arrival (DOA), customers must inform the courier and refuse to accept the goods or contact us immediately.
Electronic accessories are sometimes part of the glass panel package. They can be returned up to 30 days and must be returned with its original packaging.

Warranty Warning
Smart Glass/Film are sensitive products with electronic components that require dry location application. Should these products be installed in damp areas such as wet rooms, shower rooms or heavy water splash areas to the extent of causing damage, it is at the user and installer’s risk. Product warranty does not extend to water damage.

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your smart glass. Follow these instructions carefully:
• Always power off the glass before cleaning and do not power on until it is completely dry.
• Avoid disturbing electrical connections or letting liquid enter the framework, as water damage voids the warranty.
• Use only a damp, lint-free microfibre cloth or towel. Avoid chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive water.
• For stubborn marks, use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol with the following steps:
1. Lightly spray the surface with water.
2. Wipe clean with a soft cloth.
3. Continue wiping until all dirt is removed.
4. Ensure no water enters the edges or framework. - Haze
Smart glass materials may exhibit a 5% to 10% haze, which is a normal characteristic of the product.
• Viewing Conditions: Haze may appear more pronounced on sunny days or depending on the viewing angle.
• Double Glazing: Double-glazed products may have slightly more haze compared to single-glazed products.
• Optical Clarity: Priviglaze Glass/Film is not as clear as standard float glass.
• Ambient Lighting Impact: Haze levels vary with lighting conditions. For example, it is less noticeable with LED lighting and light-coloured walls.
