Elements of Architecture: Colorful Hand-Painted Tiles by Italian Designer Elisa Passino
Noted recently: handmade tiles in terra cotta, ceramic, and cement by Italian designer Elisa Passino, made in Portugal and Morocco and inspired by architecture. Take a look at a few ever changeable patterns:
Above: Elisa’s latest tile collection, Souvenirs d’Eté, designed and made during the pandemic, “aims to bring a touch of summer into your project and your house.” The tiles are terra cotta with a semi-matte glaze in hues like Soft Sand, Orange Sun, Red Coral, and Clear Teal.Above: A closer look at Souvenirs d’Eté in White Cloud and Red Coral.Above: The Capitello pattern is available as both ceramic and cement tiles and in a wide array of colors (like Vintage Sand/Green Bay/Antique Blush, shown here).
