In Who’s She 2, the second version of inspiring game from Playeress, 24 new mighty women’s stories will educate players while they have all the fun of the much-loved guessing game. The two-player table top game centers around strong and powerful women who have made a positive impact in society. Players are required to guess their opponent’s identity based on their accomplishments—not their looks—by answering questions such as “Did she win a Nobel prize?” and “Did she make a discovery?”
Icons on the board give a quick summary of the woman’s life story, and in-depth biography cards are full of fun and interesting anecdotes. Broken down into six categories—U.S. Champions of Change, Teen Power, Fearless, Into the Nature, Game Changers, Sky is the limit.—Who’s She 2 will feature women such as teen climate activist Greta Thunberg, singer and songwriter Lizzo, Vice President Kamala Harris, journalist Nancy Wake, mathematician Ada Lovelace, and many more.
Each game will feature two modular boards with 24 frames featuring stunning watercolor portraits printed directly on wood, four ‘mighty women’s’ biography cards, two legend strips to help you understand the icons, and a rule book.
While the Kickstarter campaign is still live, Poweress has surpassed its funding goal by more than 100%, there’s still the option to pledge until Apr. 28.
The first version of Who’s She came into fruition in 2018. featuring women such as Serena Williams, Hatshepsut, Valentina Tereshkova, and Frida Kahlo. Available to purchase on Etsy, Who’s She champions scientists, activists, leaders, bias fighters, creative minds, and athletes.
