Quarterback Russell Wilson and Ciara are headed out of Washington state after the NFL star was traded to the Denver Broncos from the Seattle Seahawks. Without any use for a Washington residence, the football player and the R&B singer have listed their home in Bellevue for $36 million, according to Dirt.
That price tag covers parcels that were purchased in two separate transactions—one in 2015, before the couple married, and the second in 2019, after they’d had their first child—for a total cost of $13.4 million. 270 feet of the 1.89 acres of land sit against Lake Washington, offering residents a couple of small private beaches, and a three-slip dock that provides space for two jet-skis and a 60-foot yacht, along with gorgeous views of the body of water itself and the Seattle skyline.

The home itself is just as luxurious as the outdoor space and includes six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms in its 11,000 square feet. The neoclassical-leaning home features groin-vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, and in its double height entryway, an ornate spiral staircase. A library with walls and built-in shelving painted entirely black adds to the air of dramatic opulence, as does the 200 square foot walk-in closet in the primary suite. Even the screening room feels of another time, thanks to the wood paneled walls. Elsewhere on the property, a two-story modern treehouse, a sports court, a detached garage, and home gym can be found.
