U.F.O. Pendant Lamp by Diesel Living x Lodes

In a recent expansion on previous collaborations between the two brands, one of the latest additions is the U.F.O. Pendant Lamp. Referencing a design silhouette from the late 1990s, this sleek aluminium design gives the illusion of floating in mid-air with the lamp’s LED light sitting within a truncated cone and beaming downwards. In a new pilot program with the NYC Parks Department and Brooklyn-based wood supplier Tri-Lox, the New York based lighting supplier has released a new collection which uses salvaged timber from across the city due to urban development displacing them. BRIDGE by Francesco Meda for Foscarini

A sculptural design in the shape of a bridge, this table lamp shines a uniform light from the underside of its horizontal beam making it a practical writing lamp for home workstations. Laser cut from a single sheet of steel, this inspired design requires no physical touch to be turned off or on – just a simple wave of the hand is enough.
