Listed for $37.5 million, the estate, which was built in 2004, is composed of three hardwood clad homes that underwent a full redesign in 2020. With 12 bedrooms and 14-and-a-half baths spread throughout 13,500 interior square feet and an additional 18,000 square feet of exterior decking, there’s plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy the most luxe island vacation of their lives.

The Main House, which has six bedrooms, is described as the heart of the estate. Spread across two levels, it features 11,000 square feet of living space under one roof. Extremely family-friendly, an entire upper level is dedicated to a multi-use children’s dream space. Back on the main level, a spacious great room is the ideal gathering space for family and friends. It’s flanked by a movie room and multiple guest bedrooms. Every amenity has been considered, from the home office that offers a stunning view of the ocean through the palm trees, to the spacious kitchen with a large center island and top-of-the-line appliances. Willis sold the property back in 2019 for $27 million, nearly hitting the mark as the island’s most expensive property, according to Architectural Digest. He bought the stunning property back in 2000, and took four years to complete the compound. It even served as the location of his wedding to his wife, Emma, and 10 years later, was where the couple renewed their vows.  

“For the past 20 years, we’ve made so many beautiful memories on the island,” Willis and his wife said in a statement to AD. “We fell in love and married there, enjoyed two babymoons on the Cay, and it was on our beach that we renewed our vows.”
