Singer Miguel Revealed As Buyer of Leonardo DiCaprio’s Los Feliz Tudor

Leonardo DiCaprio’s Los Feliz estate sold just over a month ago, and now it’s been revealed via Dirt that Grammy award-winning singer Miguel Jontel Pimentel and his wife, model and singer Nazanin Mandi Pimentel, were the buyers of the home. The couple paid $4.9 million for the property—a steal for the Pimentels, but no doubt a disappointment for DiCaprio who bought the home for $10,000 more four years prior.

The tudor-style five bedroom, seven bathroom home was built in 1926 and still flaunts many of those original details. The vaulted ceilings and numerous fireplaces with intricate moldings are particularly commanding, and judging by a recent Instagram post from Mrs. Pimentel where one of the hearths features prominently, the buyers think so too.

The sale to Miguel adds the third layer of celebrity lore to the 4,644 square foot property as DiCaprio purchased the pad from Moby. The musician spent 2016 through 2018 renovating the home, and unlike DiCaprio, had a lot better luck in turning a profit, making $1.5 million on the sale less broker and renovation fees. Moby’s investment in the space left it with tasteful modern accents that don’t feel out of place with the period details that remain intact, like the bright new kitchen and breakfast nook. Off of that nook, french doors open to a covered al fresco dining area which leads to stairs that lead down to a secluded pool, nestled beneath mature trees for privacy.
