Rubbermaid Duralite Bakeware Review: The Best Bakeware of 2022?

There are some companies out there that, when word comes down the pipeline that a new launch is coming, you can’t help but get excited. For me, one of those beloved brands is Rubbermaid. My family has been a Rubbermaid household for as long as I can remember, and when I first moved out on my own, you can bet I outfitted my place with Rubbermaid everything, from kitchenware to (of course) storage containers. I tested the 9″ x 13″ and 10″ x 10″ dishes on a variety of recipes, including a casserole, a roast, and no-churn ice cream, and everything performed wonderfully. The bakeware held up well to the high heat of the roast and cold temperature of the freezer, came out of the dishwasher unscathed, and looked beautiful while doing so — a big selling point for me.

Having a baking dish that can act as prepware, bakeware, and serveware is a revelation for anyone who likes to entertain but is small on space. That being said, there is one quirk I should mention: temperature sensitivity.
