DJ Zedd Re-Lists His Ultra-Modern Beverly Hills Mansion for $23 Million | Architectural Digest

DJ and music producer Zedd, who’s known for his work with Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, and Ariana Grande, has put his Beverly Hills home back on the market. According to the Wall Street Journal, the musician (born Anton Zaslavski) is asking $22.995 million for the property that he paid $16 million for in 2018.

The modern mansion sits on over three acres of land and is designed in the shape of a T to offer natural light and access to stunning views from nearly every room. The 11,000 square foot residence is almost entirely white and shades of gray, though elements of the surrounding natural landscape are brought into the space selectively with wood paneling in a few rooms, an atrium with an olive tree, and a water feature on the lower level.

Five bedrooms and eight full bathrooms are located in the minimalistic yet lavish home, though the upstairs is dedicated entirely to the primary suite, offering a spacious bathroom, two walk-in closets, a large fireplace, and multiple balconies overlooking the property.

Floor-to-ceiling windows provide fantastic views throughout the house.

AD toured the home shortly after Zaslavski moved in and he made it clear that he was head over heels with the place. “I saw an ad for this house, which was way too expensive, but I asked if I could look at it for inspiration—like, if I wanted to build my own house. I drove down the gate of the house and my brain went immediately to: This is something Steve Jobs would have enjoyed,” he said. “I walked in here and it was so perfect… This is really as close to perfect a house for me as I can get.” The property was first listed for sale last summer at $26.5 million, but it’s priced to sell this time around as Zaslavski is reportedly traveling too much to enjoy it now.
