To complete her look, Audrey chose green cabinets with bronze hardware to pair with black wall sconces. “I tried to pull the tile throughout the space by mirroring that pattern in the cabinet knobs,” she says, “as well as using the secondary tile color in the backsplash and a bold black wall sconce for above the sink to pull the eye up.” Her vintage fridge looks like it came right out of 1955, while a handwoven rug keeps the space grounded in the present.

Meg Leonard is a designer who uses her love of high-end materials and affordable finds to help her clients create attainable, happy homes.
